Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your ticket/boarding pass.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for Dinner Cruises. You must call before 5:00 P.M. (Central Time) 1 day prior to your tour date. All Holiday or Specialty cruises have a 72 hour cancellation
What if we dont show up for the tour?
No shows will be charged with the card on file. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go it is not fair to us to have to refund your money.
